We need all appointments to be paid for in full and in advance. All service sales are final the day of service. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on our appointments or packages. Rescheduling is free.

Health & Safety Policy
All staff are required to wash hands before and after each session. During extended services gloves and aprons are donned and replaced as needed.
If you are sickly, have a runny nose or persistent cough or fever RESCHEDULE your service until you're feeling better.
Late Arrival & Rescheduling Policy
Please call ahead of appointment time if you are running late. Fifteen minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation without a refund. If you should need to reschedule you can do so without an additional fee. You must reschedule within a weeks time from the original session date.

What to expect during your spa experience (In-Home)
arrival & Pre-session |
We usually arrive 15-30 minutes early to setup. Once we arrive at your home, we will knock at your door or call to let you know that we're there. We have a few pieces of equipment to bring in so we'll be doing so as you fill out the intake form unless you've filled out the form prior to the session. If the form is already filled out we'll just greet you, take your temperature and set up our equipment. Prior to the session, clients must pay for the session in full. Setting up the massage equipment will take 15 minutes prior to the session start time.

Session |
The session will start on time. The Massage Therapist will review the intake form and tell the client how to lay prior to undressing and getting on the massage table. Once on the massage table the client will be draped with a sheet and or blanket. The client will be draped during the whole session except where the client is being massaged. Throughout the session the Therapist will ask the client about pressure, comfort, and temperature. Prior to the session ending the Therapist will inform the client of the time and end the session.

Post session |
Upon the end of the session the Massage Therapist will exit the room to wash hands and allow the client to redress. The Therapist will ask, once dressed if the client's session was satisfactory and request a survey be filled out online . The Massage Therapist will then clean up the massage therapy space, thank the client, reschedule for next time and leave.
