Services refund policy
​We need all appointments to be paid for in full and in advance. While we make every effort to ensure your service (s) go well sometimes you may feel otherwise. All service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on our appointments or packages.
Cancellation Policy
At Spa Oguzor we take time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before our arrival. We do this to provide you, our guest, with exceptional service. If you cancel without giving us 48 hour notice we will not provide a refund nor will a certificate for you to return at a later date be given. If you cancel prior to 48 hours before your service a gift certificate will be given but no refund.

What to expect during your spa experience(In-Home)

arrival & Pre-session
Once we arrive at your home, we will knock at your door or call to let you know that we're there. Please be masked upon letting us inside your home. We have a few pieces of equipment to bring in so we'll be doing so as you fill out the intake form unless you've filled out the form prior to the session. If the form is already filled out we'll just greet you, take your temperature and set up our equipment. ​Prior to the session, clients must pay for the session in full. (An invoice will be sent upon scheduling the appointment). Setting up the massage equipment will take 15-25 minutes prior to the session start time.

Session
The session will start on time. The Massage Therapist will review the intake form and tell the client how to lay (either prone or supine) prior to undressing and getting on the massage table. Once on the massage table the client will be draped with a sheet and or blanket. The client will be draped during the whole session except where the client is being massaged. Throughout the session the Therapist will ask the client about pressure, comfort, and temperature. Prior to the session ending the Therapist will inform the client of the time and end the session.

Post session
Upon the end of the session the Massage Therapist will exit the room to wash hands and allow the client to redress. The Therapist will ask, once dressed if the client's session was satisfactory and request a survey be filled out online . The Massage Therapist will then clean up the massage therapy space, thank the client, reschedule for next time and leave.
